Here we go again, susprended on clean history for....inviting people to a new board at the owner's request
As a reformed user, I invrited everyone who signed the site suggestions petition to close the MAGA board. I am looking forward to a wholesome board free of toxtricity!
A Mod/Admin said on 1/10/2021 7:51:36 PM: It's pretty obvious to everyone that this "reformed user" is just a gimmick on your end to gaslight users on your recent activities regarding harassment of users that dared to remove your content and/or kick you out of their communities. It has gone on long enough.

Update: got usermap axed back in June.
TaiIs83nKnuckles posted for about 70 days until it was randomly banned for saying I took a 6-month break from the site. The ban took place on the SPQR board which is a violation of their "hands-off" rule, it was a manual mod deletion that wasn't marked. I dunno why that was deleted let alone ban. I had been suspended twice on that account, both times mysteriously overturned by someone. So it looks like a mod kept looking through my history for something to suspend me for. He got one through on his 3rd try and Allen just rubberstamps whatever.
TailsWasRight followed almost everybody on the site (and became the most-friended user in the history of gamefaqs within 2 days). Got banned despite having never posted.
TailsStillRight got banned after a few weeks because AssultTank (M) was talking about US COVID deaths and blamed "red caps" for killing people (this is a terms violation, he also offered no evidence of this). I asked "How many people died in other countries? How many died of the flu?" so he suspended me for asking this question. I got about 75 moderations that night because I could still post in the Gamefaqs News section, so I spammed it with a bunch of links to the Caution Events discord server. The mods couldn't do anything because I was already suspended and they had no power to block me from posting there before a ban. Eventually they just gave up and had to wait for Allen to wake up and ban me.
ImSadTails is SUSPENDED and probably banned. I'll put the messages in the next post. This time I sent in a feedback form while suspended and sent in guide feedback to a couple mods: "Tails was right." lol

1. In the topic "Whata the deal with the whole "he/him/his" in peoples profiles"
In the absence of virtue, people think that declaring their identity is virtue. So nothing about me could change at all, but if I put "he/him" in my profile I'm suddenly a great person. But since I don't do that, and I say that it doesn't automatically make you a great person, I get harshly punished for my opinion.
When the internet first took off it was seen by many as the great equalizer, as in nobody really cared about who somebody was, and it was more about the content of messages. That didn't sit well for people who frequently lose debates, so they shoehorned in identity at all times. Projection-heavy terms were established in order to censor people for wrongthink on the grounds of "bigotry" when of course it was the other way around: it was the abusive mods who couldn't stand the existence of users who they tried to delete out of existence.
People who expect mod-enforced favoritism for identity alone, no matter how badly they behave, act like e-Karens living off privilege.
Suspended "offensive" - in 10 minutes.
2. In the topic "Mods suspending too many people, CE slowing down"
Yeah: Tails was right. Imagine a board where everything disappears within 3 days anyway, and people get punished severely with a year-long history just because the mod disagreed with one of their opinions.
With the decline in activity I think some people are seeing what the board "rules" have always been like. There was once a point in time when site mods couldn't even keep up with the queue. Now that everything is smaller and they have time for the 1-mark nothing mods, they can censor someone for minor things that would've flown under the radar before. And they're always looking for something to mod. They're always hair-splitting and looking for a reason. If you had a mod and 1 other person here, that other person is getting modded off the site at some point. So it's partially a numbers thing, but it's also how they've basically enforced 1 view on practically every news item since 2020.
CE is a small portion of site traffic... it is the definition of a vocal minority.
1) it's still the largest board, and 2) you listen to it ALL THE TIME if it wants you to do things that you want. There have been multiple boards that have nothing to do with CE, but someone on CE didn't like it so they wanted them closed. They got closed based on the opinions of a couple people, with no input from the board leadership itself or their users.
Now people on Hellhole are saying "close every community board" because of 1 board and you're telling them to start a site petition even though it's against the board's own requirements. So yeah you guys listen to a fringe subset of CE all the time, it's why traffic here is so low. But even if you had higher traffic, more topics like this and users who wanted looser terms outnumbering you 50:1, y'all would tell the 50 that "CE is just a small board" while siding with the 1 because it's what you want to hear.
earned myself a clean mod history.
It has nothing to do with mod history. TaiIs82 had a clean history for a year. It has everything to do with your imitation of AssultTank's positions, so they allow you to post here.
People don't have alts to post on? Sometimes you get a usermap suspension >_>
People also assume that everyday viewpoints are allowed here and that they're not going to need alts, their views are common sense and they're never going to have a problem, only to then get suspended for nothing. If Gamefaqs rules applied irl, everyone around me would be banned. My family, town, church, work, I can think of several things in daily casual conversation that would get them suspended quickly. There wouldn't be anyone left irl, and from the way it's going here, it looks like there aren't a lot of folks left either.
We need a big reform of the moderation system. Bring back metamod and overturn all moderations with less than 95% metamod agreement rate.
TaiIs82 (A) would do this.
Also, every mod would have their username known when they make a decision. They expected ME to take 100% responsibility for everything on my board. I was held to a higher standard than the entire mod staff combined, constantly. I then asked them to become leaders at my board if they thought they could do better, not a single one of them took up the offer because they didn't want their names attached to decisions like mine was. I wasn't a coward. I made the right decisions. I didn't hide behind anonymity as a shield for making the wrong decisions.
Increase dialogue between posters and mod staff (mod staff is actually doing this
Hah! Read up on the Hellhole board, there's no dialogue here. Some of them, it's like a performance piece and they're talking to themselves because they think they're proving to unnamed lurkers that they're right. "Oh I'm not talking to you, I'm talking to somebody else about how right I think I am." And of course mods are right 110% of the time. They undid almost the entire dispute system because they don't even want to hear from you privately.
Every time a mod has recently offered their opinion on the terms, if they don't think it's perfect, they want it to be more strict. That's who you get signing up to be mod and doing this in their spare time. They want this place to be like their private board or personal discord server where it's them and their 5 friends and everyone else is not invited. That's why nobody new signs up and it's a multi-year grudge project to drive people off like me, trent, duckbear etc.
All the changes they've made over the years, there are many things you can't do here that you can do on day 1 with almost any other platform. If I make it another week, I can post an image here. Woow! You can start your own place on a discord or a reddit on day 1, here you need a couple hundred days to "understand the terms" (wow how simple they must be!) and also get admin personal approval if you fill out the right form and be a good little user who begs correctly and has the "right" views. Many of the site boards you can't post on for days, weeks or almost a month. Meanwhile you have 2000-era accounts on the site suggestions board in the year 2022 complaining that active links are a thing, and they want youtube links banned because "someone might use it for youtube trolling." But idk, maybe the mod staff DOES listen to people a couple times because they always seem to quickly latch onto the worst ideas like that.
"Hey let's close the most active community board because there are a couple trolls there- no wait, let's close ALL the boards because of 1 board!" That one's on their docket right now, so we'll see what happens. I'm sure that if there was a mass-ban, there would be an exemption for the mods' personal boards and their buddies. None of us would be able to post there, but maybe we could lurk and see them talk to themselves about how %1,110 correct they think they are.
Deleted "trolling" in about an hour.
3. In the topic "Mitch McConnell to vote against Justice Jackson nomination" - referring to DarkRoast, who made a generalization of Trump/Trumpers as scamming, murderous sociopaths. That would be moddable under a consistent system, but the gfaqs mods only go after 1 side.
She's not qualified.
As for DarkRoast: once again, it looks like the shameful insults directed at one party continue nonstop, while it's likely I will be "disappeared" for the civil compliments I'm about to post.
How was President Trump a "scammer"? I didn't vote for him in 2016 out of similar concerns because he didn't have a track record, but I gladly voted for him in 2020 and would do it again in 2024 because he kept his promises. He advanced American interests at home and on the world stage. There is nothing about his track record that an American should oppose, especially not someone who calls herself a Republican. He did what he said and what we wanted him to do. He is easily the best president in my lifetime.
Deleted for trolling after an hour.

President Trump brought this country back from the Obama recession years, kept his promises, finally brought some justice and reform to a broken SCOTUS, stood up for American values, enhanced our strength across the globe, and brought about peace in the middle east between so many countries and the state of Israel. Things that all the experts said for decades were impossible. He is the best president in my lifetime by far. I say this as a convert after I didn't vote for him in 2016. He is a truly great man and a great American.
Tails1482x banned for saying something nice about Trump in a topic titled 'say something nice about Trump'
Mods waited until Friday to do a mass-suspension of people on their hit list. As usual it's just something grabbed from the top of message history and rubberstamped. Nothing breaks TOS.

ANameWithSpaces banned after a mod melted down about fathers day and I said on a community board "sounds like that guy doesn't like that I celebrated father's day." Another case of unmarked mod abuse on a community board that doesn't enforce trolling rule.
YigaTails banned ("I'm offended") for saying "Thank you Lindsey for taking a stand for the pro-life cause." Being pro-life apparently ends your account life.
