A Mod/Admin said on 8/1/2018 11:03:06 AM: Posting demonstrably false stories written by known peddlers of falsehoods and propaganda has always been trolling, yes.
You said on 8/2/2018 8:56:21 PM: Considering their terrible track record, I don't think Gamefaqs mods should be in the business of deciding what political commentators can and can't be posted, on a politics board that exists for the very purpose of discussing them.
When there's nothing about this ban in the terms, I can't be expected to follow the imaginary "rules" that some mod makes up in his head. If all it takes is any 1 mod out of 60 deciding he wants to veto an entire site just because he doesn't like it, there isn't going to be a lot of political discussion on that board at all.

A Mod/Admin said on 8/3/2018 11:53:23 AM: As already explained, this court was already tried in the Supreme Court of New York County. Linking to articles that contradict factual information would be considered trolling. That is not any attempting blanket ban of Breitbart, just this particular article (or others that do the same thing)
There's no contradictions with factual information. Also, some people on Politics frequently link to inaccurate info, not to be purposeful in spreading it, but to say "get a load of this guy." These posts wouldn't pass this test either, but this is a fairly common practice...and all those posts are still up...because it's drop-dead obvious that these are not violations. It shouldn't be this difficult for a Gamefaqs mod to admit he was wrong.

Well, mods may be able to interfere with what you say here, but not what you say about them offsite. It'd certainly be possible to make things hard for them the way they make things hard for users here.
Warned harassment
If you really want to split hairs with the details, none of this applies to my message:
No private personal information of any kind should be posted online - real name, location, address, workplace, ID numbers, phone, or private e-mail, neither yours (we don't know if it's yours or not) nor anybody else's. While some of this kind of information is easily obtainable online, you should not have a part in spreading it further.
Online harassment is also something that is taken seriously. If you continually bother, intimidate, mock, or bully another user in public or private on this site after they've made it clear that they do not want any contact from you, then you may be subject to a suspension or ban.
Zero private information or contact with a mod telling me to stop (I made a general statement, so no one in specific COULD tell me to stop...because there was nothing TO stop...because there was no harassment). "It would be possible" is just a statement of fact, and nobody said "go do it." I know for a fact that this was not marked, because I happened to say it on my community board. If you need to go looking through my active messages for something to moderate, Error1355, that is you harassing me.
2 mods active at the time of moderation, Error1355 and KookyCouture. It's not going to take a rocket scientist to figure out which of the 2 did this when it was never marked, and you'd have to manually go through my messages. Protip: if you have to go out of your way digging through everything to find the message, it's not harassment.
And finally, let's look at how I worded this: be as hard on moderators as they are on users. Meaning, you could only interpret that as a call for harassment if mods are in fact harassing Gamefaqs users first. And the way this turned out, wouldn't you say that's the case?

Upcoming 10kl for "salty mod angry that he got called out" Contained within topic: gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/573081-hellhole/770388862018-09-28 02:11:02: Dear mods please stop deleting topics your alts broke rules in. Error1355 Posted: I can't account for actions done before I was even on the mod staff.
Classic TaiIs82 Posted: You don't seem to account for actions done while you are either, so that's nothing new. That includes someone who had their account hijacked by a mod and had to deal with being called a liar (and many other names) by the community manager for several days. That includes mod targeting, either moderations or locks without reason against accounts they don't like.
So you falsely said none of the TC's claims ever happened, I demonstrated that was false, now you've moved goalposts to say not recently - and yet worse stuff has happened on your watch. Sorry but I don't believe in the idea that mods are always perfect.
If we're going by your past words and actions, TC is already on your "troublemaker" list just for posting here, so I've never expected fair or honest answers from you when that pre-emptive mindset is the way you enter every topic.
Error1355 Posted: every action done by a moderator is logged by the site
Classic TaiIs82 Posted: Would you like to tell me who bypassed my queue on my community board and took down messages that were never marked? Because it was either you or Kooky. Say whatever you want on my board but don't harass my guests. Thank you.Active mods at the time of moderation: Caelthus, Deathjester, Error1355, LanHikari10, ne14a6t9r, TeamRocketElite, Wolfieroo Caelthus and Error are the only 2 I've seen active on the Hellhole board, possibly Lan. Will the "anonymous" mod in question, the coward Error, hide behind Caelthus like he hid behind Kooky the last time? Pretty unfair treatment to the other mods, don't you think?

So my most recent over-the-weekend, "get him again a day before the last warning expires from his history" suspension was downgraded to a warning. Now I get to see the reason!
A Mod/Admin said on 9/27/2018 10:39:48 PM: Thanks for making it clear that your grudge against certain mods is just for the sake of attacking them for no reason.
My response via Twitter:
Error1355 saw his abusive suspension of my account reduced to a warning today, once an adult entered the room. Another swing and miss!
SBAllen may be wondering, at a time when they have a mod shortage and a queue that mods have said themselves is 2 days long, why Error1355 spends his time and priorities going after my account in such petty ways.
Of course, I have PLENTY of reasons to criticize Error1355 @gamefaqs, specifically for going out of his way to defend any moderation no matter how wrongly-decided. As said in the post he moderated, he automatically labels anyone who complains a "troublemaker"
What touched off my message was Error1355's random 7am moderations of my community board, messages which were never marked. Activity check said it was either him or KookyCouture...and call me crazy but I don't think Kooky did it.
I also do not complain about mods "for no reason." I have made it a point to activity check and narrow things down so as not to falsely blame mods who weren't responsible. Also, I would be on the boards right now posting without incident if not for bad moderations.
On Twitter I have posted many 10+ year old accounts who complain about the bad mod system @gamefaqs, including one who had his account hijacked BY A MOD - pre-emptively dismissed as a "whiny baby" and "troublemaker" by Krystal109 and Error1355, respectively - but was correct.
If I wanted to complain about @gamefaqs mods for no reason, you couldn't tell from my blog. I've gone silent before for over a year, even said mods have done things right. Typically conceited on Error1355's part to say he's perfect and anyone who complains does so "for no reason"

^TailsWith82s Remember that time Obama got accused?
www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwgD-8Bj_Qs
I don't remember an FBI investigation or media circus.nkl trolling A Mod/Admin said on 10/9/2018 2:51:38 PM: So not just peddling nonsense from a known conman, but seemingly implying that being accused of being gay is on par with being accused of rape. I would at least give that benefit of the doubt, but you have had a prior history of homophobic posts.I love how we've gone down a step from "implying" things I never actually said down to "seemingly implying," as if the grasping at straws couldn't get any more desperate. Acting like a total fool, the mod proves 2 of my arguments for me: 1) mods don't remove messages because they are violations. They remove based on whether they like the user or not. 2) I make a topic in which I claim that no-evidence allegations in the hands of partisan hacks are either automatically believed if it's made against someone they don't like, or covered up and censored if it's someone they like. And this claim is almost immediately proven by a partisan hack mod who decided to censor allegations made against Obama. As usual the topic flies with a *whoosh* over liberal users and mod heads, when they're being intentionally dense. I never said that people should believe Larry Sinclair. But their press did. If "every accuser has a right to be believed" this would include Larry Sinclair - but mods just covered that up. They tried covering it up, as is often the case, because I'm kicking their butts in debate and pointing out the obvious logical flaw here. Another *whoosh* moment where you know the mods don't read is when they ignore the cocaine use allegations and all the illegal stuff that was alleged, focusing entirely on the complaint given to them by their little modpet where they mention none of that. Instead they claim it must be moderated for being anti-gay. Now that's some real interesting s*** right there because you'd think that in a contest between "he accused me of being gay" and "he accused me of rape," the latter would be far more offensive. You would think that, for any sane person, the response would be "you falsely accused someone of rape, shame on you." Given the potential long prison sentence you'd think that this lie would be far worse. But, this is Gamefaqs. So that's how simply posting a factual statement, that an allegation was made against Obama can get you moderated on Gamefaqs. 👏👏👏

Their moderations pissed me off enough to just keep ramping it up and sending it back to them.
