It's called science, but then again there were plenty of hands-up-don't-shoot folks who were willing to ignore science too when it was shown that Brown was shot from the front. We don't have a nationwide race problem, but as these events have shown we sure do have a problem with recognizing false narratives. It's some of that good old, bad old yellow journalism rearing its ugly head again. "You provide the photos, I'll provide the race war."
C/D laziness is a legit reason to be on welfare
D on the grounds that there aren't legit reasons to receive welfare, other than the person being on the verge of death, and even then it's kindof like resorting to cannibalism because it feeds off someone else involuntarily. We need to replace welfare with charity, concerned citizens helping their neighbors on a local level of their own free will, instead of the apathetic shoving off their duty to government and acting as if their work is done. Instead of helping the people they know, they abdicated their responsibility in favor of government largesse which hits the genuine needy and the fraudsters alike. Billions in fraud every year because bureaucracy is inefficient and can't keep up, at times looking to hit a number on a sheet rather than actually helping people. Paying out to welfare queens and keeping the truly needy down in order to maintain that paper number. In a way, we have welfare not just because some people line up for free benefits, but also because the people who should be giving more themselves are lazy.
