Useless guy.

Last week I asked him to do something. Everyone else was out busy doing jobs and he was the only one in the office. I gave him a bunch of stuff that needed to be done before the end of the day.

This morning I get in and notice on my desk the stuff he needed to be done. I saw there was no sign from him it had been done. I checked the network. Nop it was not there. I asked him about it when he got in to work (late) and he said he'd no done it and forgot about it. I dunno wtf he was doing all day but I was pretty pissed off. But I was calm. I asked him to do that on top of todays work. Should take him like half a day. He's so god damn useless. Sits around on the computer or his phone doing nothing. He went off to use the bathroom or whatever and I told another guy how he did not do it. I then went out. Met up with a guy and told him. I then told another team member about it because this shit stresses me out when I've got all this shit to do and I can't count on this lazy ass to do what he's told. The others have needed him to do stuff and it's not been done. I spend lunch time talking about it with the other senior team member. Since I'm the boss I can't do anything about it because my boss is not here.

I've definitly decided now that I've got the other people annyed with him and agreeing with me that Ill talk to my boss and just tell him what a lazy ass he is and the money he's stealing from the company. Ill say how I don't want to work with him (I don't work with him, if Im organising the team for the day I make sure someone else is with him not me) He's just so damn lazy.

So yesterday (tuesday) I asked the uesless guy to do the work that was due last thursday and the work due tuesday. Should take about maybe 5 hours max.

This morning I get into the office. He's not there cos he's out doing science all day. He calls me up and asks me about this sciencing and junk and then at the end of the phone call he's like "oh by the way I've not finished that work from yesterday" and I look at how much he's done and it's maybe an hours work in 8 hours of working yesterday so I had to spend the afternoon doing his work from last week and yesterday and not even get to do what I needed to do as a manager.

Pisses me off. On top of that I need to get everything done by tomorrow (thursday, today is wednesday) and I'm behind all because of this retard. Shit. I have a head ache.

Have you talked with him about it? It sounds like you need to call him into your office and talk about how you keep handing him work and it doesn't get done. Point out his useless behavior to him. Be a boss instead of a task giver.

I can't find the cover for White Fang though. I remember it being done similarly, except it was a close up of White Fang's head during a howl and his white fangs contrasted with his fur. Or maybe I'm making that up, I dunno, that's what comes to mind.

Tried to find the actual book I had just now but the big plastic box filled with books under my bed has waaay too much books to look through, but what I did find sitting on top was an original record for a They Might Be Giants album. First time in my life I saw a real record and I had no idea it was sitting under my bed all these years. I think it belongs to one of my brothers. I should actually see what else is under here some time.

I don't want to spend every weekened just doing house work I might as well get a 2nd job cleaning then at least ill get paid for it"

Then dad said something else I forgot but I just wanna say fuck off and leave me alone Im sick of doing nothing but fucking house work for the last 26 years. No one else spends all day every weekend doing god damn house work. I'm not doing that shit anymore. I pay you money to live here. Leave me alone. When I was living away from my parents we never constantly did that shit. Spent an hour on saturday motning cleaning up the place and once it was done thats it. Not the whole damn 2 days straight doing that shit.
