Maybe you dont quite understand the concept of universal healthcare. Oh sorry, I forgot everybody wins! I'll get that treatment if I'm still alive after that long waiting list. Did the Healthcare industry funded advertising campaign tell you that?

So the government should be deciding the criteria instead of business?

Yeah, and they even paid me off too. I'm incapable of making my own decisions >_> But they'll be out of jobs soon, oh well.

So the government should be deciding the criteria instead of business? They should and could be providing healthcare for everyone who needs it.

This disagreement arises from two very different viewpoints.
One says that rich people are rich because they worked hard to get there.
The other says that the rich are lazy sleazebags that don't deserve nuthin'.
Perhaps There are instances of both?

What, everyone gets forced into the same low-quality program? Sounds like a real improvement.

It's a real improvement on keeping people alive for only as long as they're turning a profit.
Besides, there's nothing wrong with socialised healthcare. It's the same if not better quality than the average healthcare package.

I'd have to wonder why the people designing it are exempt, if they love it so much.

Obviously better care is available with enough money, and the rich will always pay for advantages for themselves and their families. That's life.

Even under a terrible system, the free market shines through. It's a beautiful thing and shouldn't be oppressed.

Because looking at what's happening to Britain is usually just depressing.
