Ok In NZ there are 3 tests. A wtirren test, pass that and you're legally allowed to learn to drive. After that there is a driving test where you do basic driving and once you pass this you're allowed to drive on your own during the day. However depending on if you use a manual or auto to do the test there are conditions. I did mine in an auto so I am not allowed to drive a manual. However when I got my ID in the main the part where is said Auto only is missing unlike my sisters one. So I think I should be allowed ro drive a manual even though I did an auto test. Then the next test is a more complex read tests involving things like parallel parking and so on. Once you you pass that you have your full and have no restrictions at all. Why does this matter? Well I was offered the job I had an interview for. Yup I FINALLY have a job  The only problem is this driving thing since they only have manual cars. But ok. Ok so the job I start a couple weeks into 2012. ^______^ Its doing science junk n stuff. The only thing apart from this driving stuff is that the pay is kinda low. I mean it's good I guess for someone who is unqualified and stuff. But like this job is not my degree really. Even though it's related. And if I was to get a degree qualified job I'm be earning AT LEAST $7,000 more. But it's better than nothing. So I am happy to accept the job. It's still good experience. It's like my degree job would be the person who flys the plane, but my job is just the person who puts fuel in the plane. It's kinda related and important, but I can do better. So if I have any interviews in the mean time Ill look at them, else I'll take this job. It's only for 6 months anyway.  |

Everyday is pie day! ^_^
Ok so I'm back living at home with my parents after the joys of being independant. It sucks. Life is much more simple now. I don't have to worry about money, or food, or rent, or doing other living on my own stuff. Everything is slightly different to I remember. The kitchen draw with the knives and forks opens slower than before. The toilets are not white, but a cream kinda colour. The stairs seem slimmer.
I get to see my cats n dog again. Yay! I've been trying to take my dog walking, but it's been raining lately. I wanna keep up my fitness. I miss my friends though. I don't have any friends here. And I had to leave just as I was making new ones, and I had to leave behind an awesome guy. I really want to move back. I plan on doing it someday.
My Xmas was ok. I did not get much stuff. Did not ask for anything so it's ok. I don't ask for gifts really anymore have not done it for a few years now. I feel that as a adult you should no longer expect to get things for Xmas. Nothing fancy and expensive anyway. Because as an adult you should have a job and be earning money and buy your own crap. Unless it's like my boyfriend, then I'd buy him a present... if I had one
But it was ok with the family stuff. At least I can say I had a job now. But then they ask me what will I do and I have no idea haha. But Im starting in just over a week. Im looking forward to it, but Im also scared. Scared because it's a BIG company. I've never worked for a big company with many people all doing their own thing. But I think the moving out of home and then all the job interviews and going on the free money course and meeting new people has prepared me a lot. Im much more confident in meeting new people and making new friends. I live far away from my job. Ill have to catch the train. Auckland trains suuuuuuuck.
in about 20 mins it's New Years Eve. The 2nd half of this year was pretty good, hopfully 2012 will e a full year of goodness. At least I don't have to... uh... go thought with my new years resolution for 2011 now. >_>
