Oh yes, and if we turn off welfare and expect people to pay into charity, people will totally do it, no questions asked. They won't want to know exactly where their money is going, and they won't turn someone down due to personal prejudices. Charity is totally unbiased. People won't suddenly change their minds when they learn that their money is going to some underclasses who can't afford to make ends meet because the minimum wage is not high enough for two people to earn a living working 40+ hours a week.
