Public unions tend to be corrupt, thank them for 50 percent functional illiteracy in Detroit as they tried to keep private schooling efforts out. They defend terrible teachers. They require dues, some of which go to Democrats, in return they get more undeserved subsidies on the taxpayer dime. They can also require membership, don't want to be part of a union or have your money go to Democrats? Too bad. Not even FDR thought pubic unions should have the ability to do what they're doing (take a look back ITT).
Oh and illegal immigrants are breaking the law.
