What would any of you do under assault and battery from a group of 8 black teens at night?
I'm just happy a broken mouth is all I got out with. I only got punched twice.

I was just passing by, when one came up and started asking me queestions (what's in your pockets, etc.) When I started running, they surrounded me. I ran for an opening (I should have just ran the other way) and got punched really damn hard by one guy, and then by another, but I made it out and into a building (a mosque, tbh) and asked for help. I was rushed to the hospital but was asked to identify them, but I couldn't because the glasses you guys just found out I wear broke during the incident. The caught some guys, but I don't know. I was rushed to the hospital where I got stitches. They might've been caught, as apparently I'm not the only victim, but yeah.
You can't really see black people throwing punches at night. :/

If it's one person, you can just kick him in that one area or generally beat him down, unless he has a weapon of any kind ('cept stick, since you can just get your own)

But running away means no one gets hurt, and you don't have to take the chance of them having a weapon or you getting your ass kicked.
