There's no "right," and it certainly hasn't been made affordable, aaand it's not going to do anything for 30 million people. Remind me why this got passed again?

In many places, having federal level healthcare is the only access to healthcare even available. Where there is already existing coverage, federal level healthcare means people with existing conditions aren't just thrown under a bus by private entities who would rather have a "safe" insurance pool than worry about, I dunno, sick people needing treatment? Even among healthy people in areas with coverage, federal health care is significantly cheaper thanks to the large scale funding preventing the previous issue private insurance has from being applicable.
Remind me why you're so upset this got passed again?

Costs rise as a result, you can't just add pre-existing conditions to the pool and not expect that to happen. If not through more money, then through more time.

Such is the price to pay for comprehensive health care? (which you still don't have to pay into, btw, being both religiously exempt and allowed to keep your old plan) I don't know what bizarro world you come from, but generally people with health problems are the ones who most need access to health care.
And again, prices for this new federal care are frequently lower than private care anyway.

It hasn't been repealed in years because Obama is in the way.

This country is a democracy for better or worse, and the prez man can certainly say "dude, I like this law" and make things harder to reverse, but he is never the final say. Simply enough, no attempt at repealing it has carried enough weight to do so. Ergo, they resort to trying underhanded tricks like forcing a budget shutdown to try and pressure people into butchering the bill.

Obamacare was supposed to save us money, remember? That was quite the daydream. Anyway it will work better on 70 percent funding because then the explosion is not as big.

The Obamacare repealers were elected too, that's what they're doing, it's the process.

You either oppose Obamacare and be a Republican, or you support it and support Democrats. It's not that hard to understand.
