I get back as close as home possible with a popped tire. I don't get there, so I just turn somewhere near home and start changing the tire. I have some difficulties doing so, as it has been a big while since I've done that. My mom comes to see how I'm doing, and upon seeing that I'm having trouble, she goes ballistic, calling me and my brother useless in front of other people. She apologizes later on, but now she is demanding that I have mechanical knowledge of her car if I'm going to be driving it.

I think this is a stupid reaction on her part, don't you think?
