it was very good up until one point when it just became shit and they ruined it
enjoyable experience though
as far as I'm concerned it was an anti-drug metaphor for slavery that served as a prequel to the star wars prequel trilogy

4 hours and 15min or so in a theatre heck yeah

Watched 'Adulthood'. I liked it, the first one (Kidulthood) was sort of just an orgy of London criminal culture, whereas this one was appropriately enough a bit more grown up. People changed since the first movie (6 years ago in canon) and the smart ones got out the cycle of crime and chose not to hunt for revenge of the death of their friends in the first film, whereas the ones who wanted blood mostly just ended up in jail or dead, and the complete heel from the first film got out of prison and managed to talk down the best friend of the teen he killed, saying that he thought he was a 'badman' when he got sent to prison but he was shown the truth by the other prisoners and tried to kill himself, he showed his scars and asked the best friend (who went from shoplifter in the first film to drug dealer and gunslinger after the death) if this is what he wants to happen to him and threw his gun away and walked away.
