The protaginist of this show is a blond haired caucasian male of unusual heritage, who sports a red jacket and a prosthetic arm that can be changed into a weapon at any time. He ended up getting this arm after his quest to be reunited with his dead mother came to a tragic end. Although he no longer is pursuing that goal, the quest he embarks on for the duration of the show is a direct result of this tragic end. He is an incredible fighter, but hates killing people and will do everything in his power to avoid doing so - an ideal his friends don't share. The atagonist of this story, who is aided by a team of supernaturally powered individuals, is the main character's brother.
Curiously, everyone in the show is shown to speak and read in English, even though it was originally recorded in Japanese.
