Today was national maori protest day so i had a day off work. Woo holiday getting paid to stay in bed! I spent most of the day talking to my new gay friend i met on omegle a couple weeks ago. He's really awesome. We talked heaps and I was able to talk to him about things I've never been able to talk about with other people, it was nice. Friday was a good day at work. Got to hang out with my friend. I bought him lunch. We have a nice time. There were a couple times where we were saying things that were so funny I could not actually do any work. Then its like FTS its friday lets go home early.
Saturday felt like sunday which was weird. I used a torrent for the first time ever since they changed the law. I was going to DL something that was 10GB and was in like 36 rar parts. ANd my internet Dls it at like 50kb/s, but then I saw a torrent that was only 1.5gb and I dled it at like 1MB/s and im like hell yeah! I play some xbox and guitar thats about it.

Ally asked wtf I was doing, and remembered that I didn't mention here how I helped set up some displays at the historical society. It was the front window and was about the scouts, so a lot of the family equipment is up there including my uniform. I gotta take some pictures of that.
In family news the sister locks the keys inside of the car.

Got a group interview for tomorrow but I dunno if I'll bother to go since it's at a kinda awkward time and the job is both shitty and ethically bad and poorly paid (charity fundraiser).

I don't really need a job right now, and it really is a shitty one, shifts of 6-8 hours or longer in the afternoons/evenings, plus I have to spend my time walking for hours on end, broken up only by having to pressure people into spending money on charity that they don't have, and then the company takes more than half that money as profit (not that the person I'm pitching to is allowed to know that), plus before you start working you have to take 2 8 hour training sessions that you get paid nothing for, and even after completing them you still might not get the job.
Some extra cash would be nice but I'm not that desperate, the only things making me consider doing it are that I have no paid work experience on my CV right now, and that I can write up an expose on them later for the student paper (kinda like a 'babby's first' version of the undercover stings they do on those documentary programmes)

I rewrote a partial Nintendo 64 emulator that was designed for playing music files. Now it's a library that should be semi-portable.

today I went out with my dad he got a new computer. then we went to the music shop and i bought an effects pedal. Then I went home. Was meant to go out with my work friend but he was busy and cancelled. Then something else happened. Then I cried lots and for the rest of the day felt like shit and just really really sad.
