Hello friends It's almost Xmas. Im my religion the God Santa Claus in the form an old man comes to our house at night and leave gifts for everyone under what we call the "Xmas tree" if they have been good . According to the scriptures you can ask the God Santa Claus what gifts you would like to get by sending him a letter to his castle at the North Pole. Singing hymns such as "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town" and "Jingle Bells" can also help. We decorate our house with religious symbols, images and lights. The most important one of course is the Xmas tree. If you are accepted into the morally good group of people he turns up to your house around the 24th-25th of December. He uses his God powers to come into your house and leave presents for you. You may leave offerings to him in the form of cookies or whiskey as a gratitude for his generosity. The 25th is usually a day to be with friends and family. Enjoying the presents, going to the beach, and having BBQs. For more information about my religion you can watch historical documentaries such as The Santa Clause, Jingle All the Way, and Die Hard. ^__^

Y'know, I never really though about that from the southern hemisphere's perspective. Their December 25th comes during summer, which fucks with most of the standard holiday imagery. >_>

What I've got family for christmas so far: Momma- Incense sticks Ferrero Rocher box (whatever - edit: oh I was actually right) some 20 pound face cream thing that will sadly arrive after christmas but that's what I get for not ordering soon enough, least I tried I guess unlike previous years Brother- cap rocket thing choc candy cane lindor choc things new headphones should get more, tomorrow maybe Sister- ditto on the chocolate jelly babies which she likes some animal biscuits 5 dinosaur toys, this is prolly my most imaginative gift even though I stole it from something you guys posted, you might think it's lame but prolly better than some cheap plastic girly shit that I would have gotten, gonna tell her they're specially enchanted, get her to say the incantation that guarantees they come to life when nobody's watching for up to ten (or so, gotta figure when I'm going home) days before their magic runs out (I have to go home after all) and do this metro.co.uk/2013/11/14/dinovember-parents-inject-wonder-and-mystery-into-childrens-lives-by-arranging-toy-dinosaurs-while-they-sleep-4187366/

Oh and I considered getting my mum's new beau a smokable stuff case with 'i still miss my ex but my aim is improving' on it since his two sons mother wont let him see them but I thought that might be a little too much going for the jugular emotionally, he's the kind of person who would prolly be amused by that kind of thing though

Mommy: If you want a game, just let me buy it. But I already have a lot of gaems. Following days, "did you pick it yet? How about now? Now? Gaem?"
Aunt pretty much intercepted me when I was about to buy the PS3. "Yes, I would like a Target Rewards card, put that thing or whatever on my card" "You don't even shop here." "Now I've an incentive to shop here!" I didn't remember that I owed her until a week later. "Nope, it's your Christmas present now." "But I've already withdrew 150$ from the bank." "That's so irresponsible. Save it!"
And my other aunty just ordered me to come down stairs to take my Christmas card off of her hands. Haven't looked inside yet.
Not that I'm ungrateful, it's just that I would like to leach off of them a lot less. >_>

I had a few games in mind but they asked me if there was anything else, and not really. Part of it's to spare the expense but another part of it is I'm pretty content as it is. Got a big backlog of things I can do.

Mommy: Following days, "did you pick it yet? How about now? Now? Gaem?" Ugh, same, it was like three weeks to Xmas and she was hassling me non-stop about what games and other things for Christmas I wanted, I can't just pick any mommy, you have to check the scores and type of game and people's recommendations first mother Then I told her the games I wanted eventually and some roleplay dice, then when I told her I wanted some razor blades for shaving (was having trouble thinking of fun stuff I wanted/needed) she was like 'I think I got you enough stuff already, I'll just give you the rest in cash, I can't be bothered to buy anything else' I was like okay fine geez

Nah Coke is just the official sponsor of the "Church of Xmas King Santa". That we we don't need to take money from people who are Xmas churchies.

I don't buy gifts for people because I don't have enough money. I suppose I could scrounge up some cards, though.

Gift exchange was mostly alcohol and regifted junk from years past, but I did end up getting some gift cards.
