How do you feel about the recent trend of re-released classic games in HD and/or 3D?

Well, it depends. I never played RE4 and always wanted to play it so I got the RE4 HD version. Im also interested in getting Hitman HD. The ones where they group several games into one package is pretty good. I wanted to get the silent hill one but I heard it sucked. So I think it can be a good thing to be getting a chance to play games you had missed. Sonic CD was another one.

I see it no different to movies being released on tape, then DVD and no bluray, or albums on record, Cds, and now online as digital downloads.

If you already have the game don't buy it I suppose. Like I never got Halo 1 HD because I already have the original xbox game and it has aged really well.

I played a 3D onetime on my dads 3D TV. It was Sonic Generations. I liked watching the cutscenes on 3D but the actual game play, well the levels looked amazing, but sonic running too fast though them is not the best way to view 3D.
