In which lover of free speech defender of life winner on all counts TaiIs82 archives his efforts to preserve the republic from the forces of darkness. PC police rate it B for banworthy, do not read if easily disturbed.
Modgate
TaiIs82's seventh warning, aka "Modgate," occurred early on February 5, 2012. The incident began when a topic was made on board 261, "One town's War on gay Teens," where liberals once again used other peoples' deaths for their purposes, sounding the politically-correct alarm despite the fact half the suicides went against the narrative. They condemned Christians as ignorant "hicks," "scum," "barbarians," "murderers," "vicious theocrats," and "sick bastards" who should go to hell. Fresh off the twitterfriends incident (where liberals smeared an account they didn't like by making up lies that he beat his sister), the left was still not satisfied and decided to ramp their putrid libel up a notch. Liberal users (and a mod) began calling for the death penalty or the imprisonment of Christians. Fine by the mods' standards. Others called on liberals to "fight back" or thought others should "take the law into their own hands" against conservatives. They were called "a stain upon humanity" who should all go off and die. Also fine by mods' standards. Even before TaiIs arrived to address the issue, liberals called for him to be shunned and banned, even though he's pretty sure he was halfway across the country and had nothing to do with the subject at hand. Still fine by the mods' standards. However, it is not considered okay for TaiIs to defend himself from the insults to his character.
TaiIs82 is not new to this game, he already had two undeserved moderations on his history and knew he wasn't going to be making any friends over this. But he also knew he needed to get his message out and stand against oppression. The original message, one that was apparently far too offensive for anyone to see, can still be found within the topic (despite what the ToU says, it's okay for certain people to quote violations). TaiIs82 started by pointing out the article TC linked to admitted homosexuals had a higher rate of suicide, something TaiIs got in trouble for saying a few weeks prior. TaiIs also addressed some of the most atrocious messages, reminding users that a majority of the suicides weren't gay and that responsibility ultimately lies with the people who chose to kill themselves. (For example, TaiIs82 is disappointed by the cyberbullying and death threats he receives but he's not mentally disturbed, despite what RaptorLC wants you to believe, so he's not going to off himself over it). He also stated suicidal students should be getting the help they need via therapy. Finally TaiIs pointed out that Matthew Shepard was not killed because he was gay, but because his killers needed drug money for their addiction and one of the killers was bisexual himself. This led local sissy-boy, I have no name, to have a liberal gay freakout and accuse TaiIs of lies, despite the fact that TaiIs linked to an ABC News article validating his statements. Other liberals hid behind the deaths and responded that TaiIs didn't care if homosexuals died (an absurd allegation).
TaiIs82 was predictably moderated for his statement after a few cowards cried to their mommies. Having exhausted his appeal efforts on a previous moderation (where an admin determined he cannot post scientific studies if they go against the political leanings of a moderator), he went to Hellhole and asked why he was moderated. The topic was locked in less than 60 seconds, indicating the moderator never bothered to read anything and didn't want a discussion on the matter. TaiIs made a second topic, stating "I guess we'll never know...wait, actually that's not true. I understand perfectly." This opened the door for a "disruptive posting" moderation (there should be a rule against disruptive modding). The issue was thus barred from consideration.
This could have been the end of the incident, but mere minutes later TaiIs82 had another system notification. By going to Hellhole he had attracted the attention of a cranky moderator with a bone to pick. A sig wipe occurred where the words "it's a choice" were found to be "offensive." He was moderated 90 times, bringing the total up to 93. TaiIs was called a "bigot" by Error1355 and "deeply mentally disturbed" by RaptorLC (the latter happening right on gamefaqs, which is also okay by the mods' standards). RaptorLC then threatened TaiIs82 with a usermap axe if his "troll account" got too uppity for his liking in the future.
And so TaiIs found himself living on the edge for the seventh time, simply over another political disagreement. likwidlyric and playingfootsies were also warned for the moment, indicating this is indeed a series of unjust moderations based off mods' personal bias. TaiIs82 stands in solidarity with them and against liberal fascist bullies. It was madfoot who pointed out what the ToU actually says on these matters: "Trolling is not someone posting an opinion that differs from yours, but someone posting a message designed to get others mad enough to violate one of the other rules."
Earlier in the 20th century, Einstein's theory of relativity was opposed by both the Nazis and the Soviets, the Soviets because it did not match up with their party line and the Nazis because Einstein was a Jew. Likewise, TaiIs82 has been put down not because he has done anything wrong, but because he goes against the individual political views of some moderators. His views are not extreme: he has simply stood for mainstream Christian beliefs as backed by the Bible, church doctrine, reason and experience. He only requests the equal treatment others receive. On 261 you can say Republicans want to destroy the country. You can say both parties are exactly the same, run by the rich. You can say dictators like Mussolini and Gaddhafi were actually not that bad. You can say evolution is not true. But you can't say anything that can be seen as remotely negative toward the homosexual movement, or you'll offend someone. TaiIs was initially moderated for his beliefs because he was told he lacked proof of his claims. From then on, TaiIs made sure to link to every fact he brought up on this issue; the result was the same. He was told by the mods that the studies he brought up meant nothing, or that he still had no proof when incompetent mods skimmed over his message, missing or ignoring the research he was quoting from right in the post itself. To this day, they have not disputed him on the facts. There is not a single instance where he has given false information as fact. Instead, the mods have simply said it's wrong for him to bring those facts up. TaiIs82 does not plan on resting until he has put an end to this injustice.
Operations in exile: On 2/2012 TaiIs was stripped of his world famous signature for implying homosexuals had free will. His understanding of the events is that the mods hate him for his freedoms. Musings while in exile can be found here:
