City mang, every building has stairystairs
Also I'm working on one step per sidewalk cement block, but ever 5 steps I have to take an extra.

I'm not sure, but the point is I lifted them one too many times and my arms can't bend at angles higher then 110 degrees

So I'm finally home alone.
My parents have been at home for the past week but in stead of going away on holiday they stayed home. Not much time to work out.
But not I can get back into it.
