In America Masturbating is sometimes called jerking off. In other countries it's called wanking.
In America some times people call someone a jerk as an insult.
In the other countries wanker is an insult.
Does this mean that when you call someone a jerk it's the same as calling someone a wanker?

how else do you plan to say not equals?
=/= is bullshit, the sight of it pisses me off as it doesnt succeed in being "≠" or "!=" (i.e. it isnt correct notation in anything)
at least "!=" is "not equals" in the vast majority of programming languages
