In response to Ted Cruz getting asked a bunch of questions about Cuba to make sure he's authentic enough to be a minority
I would call this a double standard, but there actually were some Democrats outside the LA Times "Magic Negro" "first clean and articulate black guy" circle who were outraged that Obama didn't have enough slave blood to make him legit in their eyes. Remember Jesse Jackson's moment on the hot mic where he wanted to "cut Obama's nuts off?"
I really don't like this whole race obsession business. Here you are as a journalist and you are one of few who get the chance to get this personal with important political figures, and you spend all your time on 'what's your race mean to you?' Who cares?

Story: Salon says if you don't support bulk collection of metadata you're a racist
This illustrates the difference between Bush and Obama camps. Bush would want to go after terrorists using the metadata, Obama would use it to find "racists" (really opposition to anything he wants). It's already happened with the IRS and its data, they leaked NOM's donor list so left-wing agitators could go after them.
nkl trolling
Always a surprise at what passes there and what doesn't, seeing as there were like 3 messages on my mind in front of this one. Rules are made up and the points don't matter.

I've heard how it's "racism" because this cherrypicked white guy wasn't charged, why was this cherrypicked black guy charged? Like it's a big conspiracy connecting the decision not to pursue Zimmerman while a different jurisdiction goes after that lady who took Joe Biden's shotgun advice. How about we ask about the number of Ferguson and Baltimore rioters who were never charged and, in Baltimore's case as the police were told to look the other way under a "let them loot, it's only property" mayor's office?
Or let's look at how all cops are blamed (and assumed white) by the activism - but they're the REAL racists, say the people who gather up exclusively on race issues and are focused on taking out the "white power structure" yeah I don't think those guys are the best judges of what's racist. The way they're hauling out allegations against police departments, it's like a White Scare is going on.
Here's what happened to black cops in Ferguson, as protesters were angry that he wasn't poor and jobless out in the streets with them. "You are kept down by your race, even if you won’t accept it.” So even if you saw Jim Crow, didn't accept it, fight against it and become successful, they're gonna make you feel some pain anyway!
www.breitbart.com/california/2014/11/26/video-white-ferguson-protestor-demands-black-lapd-officer-feel-shame/
www.breitbart.com/california/2014/12/02/sf-activists-hurl-barricades-at-police-black-activists-tell-black-cop-they-re-ashamed-of-him/
Almost like they wish institutional racism was back just so that their complaints about white people would be valid. There's no good future to be had with the rioters. Black people are just tools to be used to attack cops, and they have to crush any successful minority who contradicts their "we're in the 1860s" narrative they have in their heads, to keep their hate machine going.3kl offensive after at least 3 years of "open season on blacks" and "kill the pig cops"

Another one of those quickie kneejerk OMG CENSOR THE H8 moderations www.gamefaqs.com/boards/261-politics/72032659"If he really intends to [commit suicide] I won't be stopping him. One less bigoted moron in the world." "I can't imagine being so hateful that you'd kill yourself over people getting equal rights, but that's his business." "At least the lunatic is killing himself and not others. Now imagine if the all the people spreading the hate rhetoric implied in their messages that killing themselves is the answer to their problem." Classic TaiIs82 Posted... Another stellar* response from the same board that hears about high suicide rates in the LGBT community and instantly blames everyone else on the planet except the one person actually responsible.
*extreme sarcasm, modswarned offensive You said on 6/21/2015 1:27:19 AM: Yeah just gonna point out how ridiculous this mod was. Why do we even call it suicide? Who's responsible? Are basic facts out the window now? How do we possibly deal with a self-inflicted problem and stop suicides if we're too PC to admit they are self-inflicted?
I wouldn't blame gay people if someone else committed suicide, so why do they get away with blaming society at large for a gay person's suicide? But in pointing out this double standard, I activated the moderation system's double standard: don't say anything critical involving how LGBT activists operate the blame game, but everything said against this guy - including by a mod - is fine. Such as "I won't be stopping this moron from offing himself" and "good, it's his business." I was the ONLY response up to that point who opposed the idea that my political opponents should kill themselves, and you mod ME. Only on gamefaqs.
If some mod's got an issue please show some civility and bring it up in the topic, but don't pretend this was a violation.

Also since this is like the semi-official goto place to complain about the boards and put it on record, what's the deal with wally always showing up and giving his (often favorable) opinions in topics about 14 and under sex? Some dudes are offended that a gimmick account insinuated he likes kids - okay, that happened to me like last week and where were you when wally himself compared me to a cannibal child rapist? Today I get called out by name multiple times as the exact same as the Charleston gunman, and of all the things mods choose to deal with their response is to mod me. F that noise.

I almost feel like a blog post but not quite. Anyway let's compare my activity on board 261 tonight to wally's activity. Mine www.gamefaqs.com/boards/261-politics/72025194#23www.breitbart.com/big-journalism/2015/06/22/serial-lies-politifact-blasts-obama-over-claim-about-mass-killings-in-other-countries/
PolitiFact Blasts Obama Over Gun Claim About Mass Killings In Other Countries
Serial liar President Barack Obama has been busted in yet another one of his serial lies.
“At some point, we as a country will have to reckon with the fact that this type of mass violence does not happen in other advanced countries. It doesn’t happen in other places with this kind of frequency. And it is in our power to do something about it.”
That statement is such a brazen and provable lie that even the left-wing PolitiFact couldn’t find a way to turn it into anything but a “Mostly False.”
"[T]he U.S. doesn’t rank No. 1. At 0.15 mass shooting fatalities per 100,000 people, the U.S. had a lower rate than Norway (1.3 per 100,000), Finland (0.34 per 100,000) and Switzerland (1.7 per 100,000)...
"“it doesn’t happen in other places with this kind of frequency.” In at least three countries, the data shows, it does."www.gamefaqs.com/boards/261-politics/72041863#9"Taiis wants the deficit to increase."
While I'm glad to see that my critics have to frame their arguments to appeal to conservative goals, first that's not accurate, second it doesn't take away from the fact that Gruber was all over Obamacare, and Obama told yet another fib. His credibility's completely shot. It's why I said months ago that Gruber was an architect, and here we are now.
This isn't even like, an argument on the merits of Obamacare. This was an argument the administration made so that they would temporarily avoid looking worse in the polls by being associated with this guy, but it was demonstrably false and it shows that even when it comes to the non-debatable, smaller things like admitting who worked on the bill, this administration simply cannot be honest.www.gamefaqs.com/boards/261-politics/72038942?page=1#64Well...there are two explanations you could find here. First, there's the Obama was unaware explanation. Obama made yet another false promise he couldn't deliver on, as he's already done plenty of times. That's certainly tempting to believe. Then he gets in and finds out "Well golly gee, these guys really ARE mass murderers and they really SHOULD be in her indefinitely!" And so he puts it on the back burner and hopes the base will forgive him (the favorable press certainly is never going to question what he does).
But then there's the malicious explanation, and this is what I subscribe to. Obama's promise to close Guantanamo was serious and his failure is only due to mass pushback from other parts of the system putting him in check. His actions fit the model perfectly, and it also explains other Obama behaviors. Why doesn't he want Congress to have a voice here, even when they're giving him what he says he wants? Two reasons. One, he can sink it and then blame THEM for inaction, a theme he loves to do. Basically messing with serious policy matters for his own vain image and election brownie points from the base. That's pretty bad, but the second reason's worse: Obama doesn't believe in checks and balances. Remember, this was the same Obama who has ignored Congress on practically everything and even made it a big part of his campaign that he's just gonna do whatever he wants with his pen. He's already kept Congress in the dark during the Bergdahl trade, in violation of the law. He's already told Congress on other issues that he doesn't care about them: he ignored them (but ran to the UN) for Libya and then screamed when they tried to delay Obamacare, but then he did the exact same thing - he just didn't want them to have any say or credit. So on Guantanamo, here's another area he's just going to ignore our legislature on and do whatever he wants, even if it means putting us in great danger.www.gamefaqs.com/boards/261-politics/72043145#22"The other day Taiis said the CBO was now doubted as a credible source."
What post? I believe what you're thinking of is my response to somebody else who thought the CBO wasn't credible. My question is why this same source was originally used to back Obamacare, but then abandoned when it said something liberals didn't like, and now for this issue they picked up the parts of the report they liked while simultaneously ignoring the other half of the story:
www.washingtonexaminer.com/cbo-repealing-obamacare-would-boost-economic-growth/article/2566634
CBO: Repealing Obamacare would boost economic growth
"CBO has determined what many in Congress have known all along," Republican Senate Budget Committee Chairman Mike Enzi of Wyoming said in a statement. "This law acts as an anchor on our economy by dragging down employment and reducing labor force participation.
That effect is mostly driven by the fact that with Obamacare in place, some people face incentives to work less because they might lose subsidies or credits if their earnings rise. Removing those incentives leads to more hours worked and more jobs.
A smaller factor is that repealing some of Obamacare's taxes would cause businesses to invest and grow more.
last year the budget office projected that the law would cause a decline of the equivalent of up to 2.5 million jobs because of its changes to workers' incentives. wally's wally decides who the trolls are on gamefaqs. wally is a veteran mod. I'm warned because I pointed out that people like wally blame every conservative on the board when a gay person suicides, but says the equivalent of 'so what' if a Christian does.

You're pointing out the hypocrisy of users whom blame the dude for killing himself to oppose gay rights, yet leap to accuse society for an LGBTQ person committing suicide. I don't agree with that train of thought, but disagreement is not against the ToS.

The activists complained it was taking too long for them to get their way. What's it been, a week? How many years have we been waiting for Roe to end with 55 million dead? Can't bomb abortion clinics. We must play by the rules, but they never do.

ok, actually expected this one because my phrasing didn't go on about bombing is wrong etc. etc. plus I could've dropped the last "must"
Anyway enjoy the dozen other valid messages defending vandalism and wishing the flag burners went further to attack whitey or whatever, that's legit Angry Black Man/Woman/It grief so that's all right.

"our strong commitment to an inclusive and welcoming environment in the game of golf.”
Inclusive and welcoming to what? Trump's remarks were against criminals. I wouldn't want to go on a golf course with rapists and drug traffickers. Have we become so PC we can't talk about serious problems and crimes that are going on at our border? You know a lot of Mexicans are leaving for the US because drug gangs are a real problem, right? And that if our border is so porous we've allowed pretty much anyone to cross it, millions of individuals, you can bet organized drug gangs are having no problem trafficking their poison across that line and spreading crime to our backyard. Yet the response to Trump is a typical left wing kneejerk see-no-evil in other countries, even while they say America must be denounced 24/7 because the Confederate flag exists.

We FINALLY got a response
You said on 7/3/2015 5:25:43 PM: It shouldn't be against the terms to talk about how Mexico has a serious problem with drug gangs and a lot of people are fleeing the country because of that. This is not a remark against Mexicans in general.
Original mod
A Mod/Admin said on 7/8/2015 11:21:00 AM: Looking at this one again, I think trolling would have been the better category for it, since you are misrepresenting things here to try and make your argument look better.
Donald Trump's comments did generalize illegal immigrants from Mexico as mostly rapists or some other form of violent criminal, a comment that got him in a lot of hot water. Your post here implies that any immigrants playing golf would be likely rapists or drug traffickers. There is nothing to back that and is an offensive and antagonizing comment.
Also you are making the assumption that anyone disagreeing with Trump's comments also say that 'America must be denounced 24/7 because the Confederate flag exists'. That is an untrue statement and makes the generalization that anyone who disagrees with Trump that they also hate America. Contrary to your post, you can dislike Trump but still like America.
All points you could raise through a board debate but not through the moderation system.

2015-07-03 01:44:47: "Prophet Muhammed warned us of ISIS"
Mohammed was a butcher. He was talking down to moderate Muslims, not ISIS. He is describing people who do rituals but not the physical violence and conquering he stood for. Mohammed's definition of "heinous deeds" was probably being homosexual or a woman in public with no chaperone. He was fine with mass murder.

46 senators are fine with watching dead fetuses be put on the auction block, from the same organization that shields underage prostitutes, defends sex selective abortions of little girls by sexists who don't want them, and opposes laws that make it illegal to attack a pregnant woman and carve out her baby because they think admitting it's murder would start opening up ethical questions they don't like to think about.
3kl offensive
You said on 8/4/2015 11:43:04 PM: I know that the things Planned Parenthood does are offensive to many people, but pointing it out shouldn't be against the terms - unless we're not allowed to talk about ISIS or Iran human rights abuses either (which would really limit the things we're allowed to talk about)
