You do realise you get moderated more harshly as you build up a moderation history, right?
And appealing so far without getting something overturned is why they disable further appeals on top of extending the time said moderation stays in your history?
The idea is you'll cut that out after the first few fails; y'know, learn what you're doing wrong, actually contribute to a conversation, that sort of thing.

Sure I realize this, which is why they felt the need to make illegitimate mod #1 an nkl so I have a "history" set up for illegitimate mod #2's warning.
This topic has established that they don't even read my appeals and just call me a troll account. I appeal every message possible because every message is not a violation.
Everything I do is directed toward politics. That's why this happens. They don't like that. I can point you to posts where people literally cry out to moderators by name when a topic doesn't go their way. I can point you to posts where people are confident all it takes to get someone modded is get enough friends together to claim it's trolling. I can point you to posts where the moderators responsible for the farce threaten accounts and purposefully derail conversations with talk about lasagna and cheeseburgers. My messages are modded because they're critical of Obama.
I realize plenty of things. I realize the situation is naturally rigged against conservatives, as mods admit, because liberals do most of the marking and moderating on the board. I realize there are complete fools who will look for any excuse to silence others because 1) they lose arguments and 2) they've swallowed whole the idea that the "magic negro" is untouchable, but that's totally not racist while everyone else is secret racist for pointing out how silly that is. I realize that if names were switched everyone would be on my side - if I modded Nitro he would be a hero and I a terrible person, and if I barred Jen from messaging for three months there would be hell to pay. So I have long realized that practically everyone in control of things, from Obama on down to his butt-sniffing footsoldier lackeys, are utterly incapable of ever making the right decision.

Your history clear? You can't tell me that this decision was made without looking at the account name first. It's like they have a list or somebody keeps marking everything for trolling, so they feel as if they have to do something.
