I doubled my playtime on Pokemon Sun and got through the three trials on the 2nd island. That water fish was the worst wall, after I thought everything else to get there was easy. Turns out the rest of my team save one was weak to water gun. I ground up from 8 to 12 levels ahead and he was still a jerk, but I critical hit out of love and de-schooled him.

My pokemon then evolved into their ugly formes. That's it, I'm done!

Woo robbin' more graves! More Pokemon battles on graves!...I think it's sad how most of the graves had items on them for me to take.

The only thing on TV is malasada. It did not used to be this way. I think we are living under some kindof malasada dictatorship here.

I arrived at the Poni Island Disco Palace and the stakes are suddenly higher. Some random just gifts me an Aerodactyl? Do they hand these things out like candy?

An old guy also wants to teach me dragon ultra fighter move EX which of course only Rayquaza can learn. Yes, of course. This is me trying to fit in. Say, do you teach this to all the Rayquaza(s? Rayquazi?) all the time? Where are my senses - of course you do. Every week for the new Rayquaza classes at the academy.

Is the only reason they named her Lillie so they could make the lillie-livered pun?

I notice that the difficulty has gone up again, even though the maze caves are long gone. It's just not an adventure to work through the caves anymore. Yet I see these rock things are not dying in one hit like I would expect...

Every time I think I hit the peak there's another boss and/or challenge - and then there's the dazed hippie who is just there. My Poni island map made it look little compared to the other ones - no one told me it would get like this!

As for easiness of this game, are you serious.

Turns out Hala's Hariyama was just on steroids (or just a bad matchup for what I was doing). His crabrawler evolved into ice move dude, LOL. His Poliwrath was the only other potential problem for my fire starter but I OHKO that with someone else. Kit Kat beat the rest on 1 HP as they never landed a hit after close combat.

Ground battleguy killed off fairly easily with my Dugtrio, He-Man Harry. They were more closely-leveled and he still swept them. Even the levitating Probopass was not really levitating, riddle me that. My guy gets through all that with yellow HP.

Acerola - can you say Darkest Lariat five times?

Mario Golf extra - this bothers me because the championship just started, then there's a previous champion, then I'm the first champion again. As for battle, I was never bothered. I loved how the trainers wasted their full restores saving their guys who were sturdy.

Aside from Hariyama the only other Pokemon that gave me problems was the last match Primarina who turns out had the Z move. I don't think it's hard as much as it is super-effective hits doing way more damage than I remember.

The end result of this is that I went in not expecting to win, and then did so very easily without having to buy any more items that I already got in-game. 3 hyper potions, 1 awakening, 2 PP restores, 2 max revives for stupidly forcing Incineroar on Primarina. I then caught the legendary in six moves with great balls while he could do nothing against Dugtrio.
