Pretty much free, I've never had to pay anything ^_^
You create an account, pick asong, they send you link via txt, you follow the link to download the song, and there you go, a nice quality ringtone... well atleast when compared to your method.

PRO-TIP
Remember to customize the song, they give you only a minute of the song I think,
So just adjust the start/stop times to your liking, or else you might end up with
a weird portion of the song

ugh, I have nothing to do today
Stuck at home... by myself... all of my cousin's are out of town...
friends live about a 30 minute+ drive away from me... I don't have a car of my own...yet...
and strangely, I'm not very hungry...
Oh, and I'm tired of playing video games...
