About times elves got some sorta one-up against humans in the archery department, y'know, the one area we're supposed to be the best at in exchange for sucking so bad at melee.

No clue why I still have Arrow revolver at Rank 2. This should be fun. Kinda funny how they decided to buff one of the most broken skills in PvP.

Because Nexon is a buncha freakin' derps, that's why.

Elves are still at TWO things, TWO, they do better than other peeps.
They use 12 less mana for R1 ice spear and have 0.5 load time on R1 Magnum instead of 1.5.

The Magnum bit is nice until you remember Crash Shot exists now and is better in every multi-enemy situation and offers no advantage to elves over humans.
Our load speeds are offset mostly by human Ranged Attack aim speed being much better, 300% to elves' 200%; making us actually WORSE at Crash Shot despite equal stats on the skill itself.
