Serperior is 10'10'' and that makes him the biggest starter.
Charizard is 5'7''. That's an inch shorter than me.
Lucario's only 4 feet.

Japanese character designers aren't very good at sizes and weight. Take a look at Ryu's wiki page. If I gained 10 pounds I'd have the the exact build of a whatever Ryu's king or pro at.
