Regarding the matter of the banning of Ninetails82

This board finds it nessecary to review the matter of the banning of Ninetails82 (Eighty-two), for charges including Alt Abuse, Disruptive conduct, and Account Sharing. The evidence is contained primarily in the topic entitled "I have a confession to make..." (copy enclosed). However, a faction among this board has expressed interest in an appeal, on the grounds of a previous agreement reached with Chief Prosecutor, Laharls_Wrath. For this reason, elements of the faction have displayed interest in a vote, to all members of the board*, on the matter of the charges. Although this vote is not and would not be legally binding, it is the hope of the faction that our Chief Justice would respond to a democratic solution to the case. Heretoforth, I would urge the board to vote on the matter, expressing support to one of two camps,
To Drop all Charges and suspend the punishment of Lifetime Banning
or
To allow the continuation of the Prosecution.
Voters are also entitled to abstain from voting, although it is encouraged.
