Yeah, I kinda preferred it when Youtube showed you 'related videos' based on things actually related to the video you're watching rather than just regurgitating things similar to your viewing history that have nothing to do with anything in the video.

It shows me several videos related to the video at hand, but always two videos of ponies as "recommended" videos.

This video shows a featured video of tapirs mating, with a thumbnail with giant tapir wang. A friend in Germany confirmed that it shows up for him as well.
