Kode gets a dial up modem. But I already have four of those? Oh, and my phone line is wired to VOIP, so that wouldn't work so well, either. Yeah so now you can stack them up and make a fort. ^_^ |

I think on new TVs you can just see all the... jaggies and fuzziness and urgh. Maybe if you try artificially making a smaller picture on the TV. A lot of em can do that.

For starters, at least the old stuff you can turn on without having to wait for it to start (and by old I mean newer old ones  not the super old ones that took minutes to start up) |

Maybe, but the new ones are more energy efficient (I think?) plus the video quality is much better and it's not all fuzzy. Oh, and it always annoyed me how the screens on CRTs used to bulge outwards. It kind of distorted the image around the edges. That's gone too obviously.

Energy and quality are that important? Fuzzy screens can look nicer than blocksville. So what about bulgy screens, I prefer that over the flat stuff that makes colors run if you press something on it.
