I actually do eat well-ish and I don't exercise but I do enjoy walking to and from class
I have money so I eat whenever Im hungry now its good
and I don't get more than 8 hours it's not that
I just wake up exhausted no matter what, whether I sleep little or 8 hours or more
not all the time just sometimes and it's very frustrating because I'm actively trying to sleep responsibly
what's up with that

See a doctor maybe and they can test if you're low in certain things that make you tired. Someone was telling me recently they had no energy and we're tried and they found out they needed more iron I think it was.
