Failed at number one, fucking protectionism, I swear printer companies are some of the most scummy around. Who ever heard of a USB hub or something that had DRM on it.

After a lot of wasted time the company said I could mail them back for free and get credit to buy some official carts, which is good, I guess? Wish the ones they sent me in the first place just worked.

Anyway, after I use up this batch I'll buy I might just get a different printer, I dunno. Ones where you can just buy bottles of ink to pour in to the slots look pretty cool.

I always have the issue that the printer says that the cartridges are full while they're empty.
Generally not a real issue, except my parents believe the printer more than the non-existing ink on the paper. "The cartridges aren't empty, the printer says so! It's just an issue with your documents."
