New phone. It keeps up my "technology gets worse the more it advances" belief. I'm not used to it, sure, but also because it really is a step backwards. My one from 6 years ago had the back screen cracked when I hit something on the way up the stairs from the basement, could've dealt with that, but recently the battery was just spent and dying all the time.
I was due an upgrade after a few years anyway but it was over 90 minutes at Best Buy regardless, filling out stuff and then problems. They had one basic flip phone and the rest were smartphones and I don't need that. My dad was convinced they were trying to rip us off. After I got my phone my brother was getting a new one too but they said the one I got was the last one. Dad makes a little scene after getting another employee to check for him when the other guy was having us fill out stuff, he said there were more, they said no that was a different model but it sure looks the same. So on the way out my dad's like "check the model number on the phones" but I didn't really care, he can check if he wants.
They also had a transfer device to bring the old files to my new phone, but it wasn't working for whatever reason. Because my phone's old. Well, isn't that the whole point to move stuff from old phones? Then it wouldn't work for my brother's old phone either despite them being the same. May or may not be related to the people not knowing what they're doing, or because the guy tripped on a wire and knocked the device down in the process. I don't really care since I have few contacts and the stuff on the phone's old silly pictures. Not like important stuff's stuck on that phone, and if I really wanted I could get it out through an SD card. New phone doesn't take videos, older ones could (even though the memory wasn't much). But let's keep dumbing the things down to pre-2004 levels. Again, minor complaint but it's not like I'm expecting extra bells and whistles.

Also jake keeps screen shotting my snapchats and I dont know if snapchat is being weird or if hes actually doing it. But its creeeeeeeeeeeeepy
