Just thought of a random question. How well has this been received in Eastern countries?

Asians already have their fair share of adults who watch kids shows.

Yea and they have far more colourful and retarded anime with giant eyes. To them MLP is nothing!

I like how East means "just Japan"
But as far as japan goes, adults who watch kids shows are extremely looked down upon. Did you know "Otaku" is a pejorative?

I did know that but in Japan if you're not a dumb otaku you're probably a mindless zaibatsu drone. They're like what Americans say Americans are like. Hard working, greedy and uninterested in sex.
And I know it's not just Japan but what the hell do I know about any other Eastren countries.

Besides I'm pretty sure bronies would be looked down on by the general public here in the west too if anyone knew enough about them to care (like furries).

The internet is young. They'll know about them soon enough. Assuming bronies survive.

Aside from implying that RD is Jewish or Slavic I don't see the problem.

The way I see it? For the most part, what this person is doing is absurd, but ultimately benign. There's nothing really wrong with this; some artists became quite famous for doing just that. But then you take such benign absurdity and apply it to one of the most tragic events in modern human history? You're either trying to rile people up, or you're just plain ignorant and stupid; either way, it comes across as disrespectful, and I won't begrudge anyone who finds it that way. Plus they didn't do a very good job: turning the saturation down very low is not the same as black and white. Look closely, you can still see the shades of orange and red in her hair.
