I'm anti-pedophilia and anti-crime as well, how is this any of your business? I guess pedophiles don't fall under special protected group status yet, even though by board logic no orientations can ever be criticized or questioned even when they harm everyone else (as in the case above). I regret that the actions of biased gamefaqs moderators have made debate virtually impossible, as I would rather have a polite conversation with you on the boards than through this one-sided appeal system.

It really isn't that difficult to see that the movement I've criticized is following a familiar pattern. So is the moderation staff, more on that below. In the past, the homosexual lobby has forcibly shut down adoption agencies and other organizations, causing everyone to suffer. They are fine with this. I have been saying for quite some time that they regard marriage as worthless. Sometimes they say this in open statements. They have vandalized churches. They have forced businesses to close down. They have made efforts to fire several people, including those who have helped them for decades like the diversity officer at Gallaudet who said the people should be able to vote on marriage. This was not good enough for activists because they objected a vote, wanting their way forced through no matter what people think. I could go on but this is, again, a more fitting debate for the politics board and not for a one-sided dispute system. However they have, and you have, made debate impossible. They are a hateful, totalitarian group that uses the government to shut down religious groups and silence dissent. Stop projecting that hate onto me. I haven't done anything wrong. You have. I don't do a darned thing to your messages. I am simply asking you to stop enabling the dissent-silencers. Every message you censor for fringe political reasons is a victory for hate.
It would be a lie to claim that anti-religious sentiments are moderated in turn under the "offensive" label. Moderators on Hellhole have recognized that the ratio for reported - and moderated - messages skews in favor of liberals. The same liberals who moderate messages make open statements against the freedoms of other groups they disagree with. They know they can do this. You don't lift a finger.
There are currently multiple topics where people ask when Obama will become a dictator. You call me offensive? You call me a troll? Show me where I've said even close to what they have. "Offensive" and "trolling" are subjective terms. When they're a political opinion you don't like, you mod it. When they're political opinions you do like, you don't lift a finger.

Can you tell me why this is acceptable discourse? Can you tell me why it is not considered disruptive, or offensive, or spamming when a mod does it, but when I link to the above messages on Hellhole I get modded for "linking to potential violations" long after they've archived and no action was taken? Can you tell me why, after I followed the sacred principle of MIASU on many of these, nothing happened? You don't lift a finger.
The average user may tell someone to stop making topics, but when a moderator does it and threatens to act against topics he does not like, this will have a chilling effect on speech. This is the same moderator who has gone into some of my topics making posts where he directs the conversation into a question of whether I should be allowed to post or not. This is the same moderator who has said quite clearly, to me and to a few other accounts that he disagrees with politically, that he is looking for any pretext to moderate and suspend us. This is the same moderator who makes straight-up lies about my account history, claiming I've had several accounts banned (I have five total, all are fine and active). I don't know what authority he would have to claim he knows my history anyway. Yet he's fine with doing so, and the system seems to be fine with it too, because that's another MIASU no one took action on. Knowing this, do I suspect to receive fair treatment? I can't say I do.

We get more faces and insults, not political points. Now, a little over 90 days ago I was told that a post critical of the US State Department had "nothing to do with politics" by a lead mod. I'm flummoxed, especially when so many things not related to politics can fly when it's one of their own, for example, when a moderator disrupts a topic by spamming emoticons or turning the conversation to cheeseburgers or something that has much less to do with politics than the State Department. Can you tell me how any of the messages above contribute to discussion? You can't, so you won't. You will say it's not an issue even though it is these people who are making the decisions about what to censor. There is not a thing wrong with my messages, there is plenty wrong with them. When they aren't spamming nonsense they're making arguments such as support for the forced nationalization of businesses at gunpoint. These views are apparently acceptable, when they come from someone you like. You don't lift a finger.
I don't really expect to receive fair treatment from a site that promotes moderators and rewards LGBT boards to people who don't win contests anyway. I'm aware SBAllen's a Democrat, although the extent of his political passions are unclear. If it's anything like how the moderators operate, though, I can say one thing: a wide amount of leeway given to friends, no options for political opponents. The oppressors can say whatever they want against those on the other end, while critics are pushed out. One simply has to look at the politics board to see the results of this approach, as the place skews liberal in many aspects. Some posters have confidently claimed all they have to do is complain about conservative messages loudly enough and someone will remove them. With moderator enforcement of the party line, we end up with a hostile environment and a long list of banned opinions on par with the Inquisition - although that comparison may be unfair to inquisitors. At least they sought to do the work of God. Who do you work for?

When I saw all of the links in your response, I realized that reading it wouldn't be necessary. As is explained in the dispute guidelines, this form centers solely around your dispute, not around what other people have posted. Links and complaints about the posts of others have no bearing on your case.

If I had to pick out which two were violations, I'd have expected neither of these.
